Meditations for Busy People

30 minute meditation class

Take 30 minutes at the beginning or the end of your day to relax and refresh your mind. By letting go of the busyness of our day in meditation we can return our mind to its natural peaceful state.  In this way we both start and end our day with a peaceful, happy and fresh mind.

These half hour classes consist of a short teaching followed by meditation. Included will be a one line practice that is easy to remember and integrate into your week.

٠ Begin or wind down your day with calming meditation
٠ No previous experience required, everybody welcome to join.
٠ Each class is self-contained, join anytime.
