Topics & Dates

29 April – 29 May

In general we regard our physical health as the most important type of health, and we may disregard developing a healthy state of mind. However, health and happiness depend primarily upon the quality of our mental state. In this course discover how to improve our mental health through understanding and taking control of our mind. Everyone is welcome!

3 – 30 June

There are many difficult and unpleasant circumstances that we cannot avoid, but we can certainly avoid the unhappiness and anger these circumstances normally provoke in us. Training in patience is learning how to maintain a calm mind at all times even when faced with difficult circumstances. Patience is therefore an inner strength and not a weakness. With patience, the real problem (our frustration and painful feelings) disappears, empowering us to respond to life’s difficulties in the most appropriate and constructive way.
