Learn new ways of responding to stressful situations. Be guided in simple meditations that enable you to keep a calm mind at all times.

Often people will say, ‘why did this happen to me!’, or ‘what did I do to deserve that?’ According to Buddhism, everything happens for a reason. Buddha explained the special connection between actions and their effects, also known as karma. By understanding and living in accordance with karma we will naturally avoid the causes of problems and suffering, and create the causes for a happy and peaceful life. Everyone is welcome, drop-in any week.
