At all of our classes, we have implemented a COVID safe plan and you are welcome to wear a mask.
٠Each class includes two guided meditations, a teaching and an opportunity for questions.

mind. Learn how to use your mind in a way that leads to happiness
for both yourself and others.

At this course learn how to overcome disappointment by having realistic expectations that lead to mental freedom, enabling us to live with wisdom and confidence.

The teacher of this class is Buddhist Teacher Happy Ho. Happy is a sincere student and practitioner of Kadampa Buddhism, having studied for many years. Her teachings are light, warm and full of wisdom.
