Each week, discover practical methods to solve your everyday problems: reduce stress and anxiety, enjoy harmonious interactions with others and create a happy sense of self. Learn how to meditate in a way that is enjoyable and actively builds inner strength, contentment and peace of mind.

At all of our classes, we have implemented a COVID safe plan and you are welcome to wear a mask.
٠Each class includes two guided meditations, a teaching and an opportunity for questions.

Through gaining an understanding of the law of karma we can purify our mind of the causes of suffering and create the necessary conditions for success and happiness.

From pure concentration comes peace and clarity. The more concentrated we are in meditation the more we have to carry with us in daily life.

We all wish to be happy, to be at peace and to enjoy our life. We cannot be happy and angry, it therefore makes good sense to abandon our anger.

Teacher

The teacher of this class is Buddhist Teacher Happy Ho. Happy is a sincere student and practitioner of Kadampa Buddhism, having studied for many years. Her teachings are light, warm and full of wisdom.
