In general, wisdom is a virtuous intelligent mind that functions to understand meaningful objects. In particular, training in higher wisdom is learning to develop and increase our wisdom realising emptiness by contemplating and meditating on emptiness, motivated by our wish to attain the cessation of all the sufferings of this life and all our future lives.
Training in Meditation - Finding Happiness from a Different Source

Happiness depends upon a peaceful mind, and training in meditation makes our mind calm and peaceful. Be guided through each of the stages of the path to enlightenment following the meditations from The Mirror of Dharma with additions by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche.
Each week you will be guided in one of the fifteen meditations from this book, improving your mind, concentration and meditation practice. These meditations are often referred to as Kadam Lamrim which is a condensation of all Buddha’s teachings, it is very practical and suitable for everyone.

In these meditation classes you will be guided through a series of simple meditations that help to calm the mind, reduce stress and give rise to an experience of inner peace and well-being. The meditations will improve your experience of mental clarity and enable you to develop your own good heart of love and compassion.

Reboot Drop-in Classes

Take half an hour out to cultivate inner peace and happiness. Each week, be guided in a simple breathing meditation that concludes with a thought for the week on how to stay happy and positive.

- We recommend using the Gosford City car park (2 hours free parking), (entries via Baker St and Donnison St).
- Levels 1-5 are open until 8pm. Street level is free after 5pm (and is open 24hrs).
- There are 2 entries to our building, The Strand Arcade: Mann St, and Baker St.
