For as long as we seek fulfilment from external things, we will never find the deeply contented and happy mind we wish for. Buddha taught a series of natural virtues – positive, virtuous minds – which have the power to make our mind truly happy. Each Wednesday we will explore one of these virtues, and how we can cultivate the real causes of happiness in our busy life.

One of Buddhism’s best-loved teachings, Eight Verses of Training the Mind, was composed by the great Tibetan Bodhisattva, Geshe Langri Tangpa and shows how we can transform all of life’s difficulties into valuable spiritual insights. In these classes, Resident Teacher Gen Kelsang Lhachog will explain practical ways we can use this timeless wisdom to make our lives meaningful and happy.
