Topics & Dates

Drop-in on the 1st Friday of each month for an in-depth commentary to the teachings and meditations from the book, The Mirror of Dharma with Additions by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche.

This book gives practical advice on how we can solve our daily problems of uncontrolled desire, anger and ignorance, and how to make our human life meaningful. When we understand the causes of real happiness, we can understand the correct method for accomplishing it and therefore the great value of Buddha’s teachings.

Suitable for everyone, the class provides an opportunity to deepen our understanding and experience of both Buddha’s teachings and the meditations presented in this book.
