Half day retreats are a special opportunity to take a little time out to be guided in meditations and receive practical teachings that focus on developing a particular positive state of mind. On this half day retreat, Resident Teacher Kelsang Monlam will give teachings and guide meditations on the kindness of others which cause a deep gratitude and a feeling of love and happiness to arise in our mind and heart.
Through improving our own good heart with this practice, a world of kindness will begin to appear to us – until everywhere we look, we see only the kindness of others.
