Take a real break and escape life’s busyness to immerse yourself in meditation, in serene surrounds just 45 minutes from Gosford. The purpose of meditation is to make the mind calm and peaceful. If our mind is peaceful, we naturally feel happy, contented and relaxed, and this has a positive influence on everything we think, say and do.
On this retreat we will be emphasising the practice of acceptance experiencing the calm and peace it brings. When we can accept wholeheartedly whatever arises without wishing it were otherwise we find peace. We can improve our wisdom by using every appearance, all that arises, to deepen our practice of acceptance finding real relaxation and light heartedness.
Be guided in meditations that bring you insights into how to be free from worries and mental discomfort, and return home feeling recharged and inspired to go deeper with your meditation practice and spiritual life.
The retreat will include guided meditations and teachings, from Friday evening until midday Sunday with ample breaks to enjoy the place and the company of others.

All rooms are set within the guest house onsite. All bathrooms are shared and food will be provided and served in the dining area. Prices include all accommodation, food and teaching costs, as well as a $50 non-refundable deposit to secure your place. Please see our booking form for refund terms. This property is set at the end of a 3.5km dirt road. For this reason, we ask that everyone aims to arrive at 5pm, before dark.
