Overcoming Anxiety

An Online Half Day Course

As our world changes and becomes more uncertain anxiety, worry and fear are increasing. Now is the time to rely on simple practices that keep us peaceful, strong and happy.

This half day course is held online, with two sessions of teaching and guided meditation, and a half hour break in between. No previous experience is needed, everybody welcome.

The Teacher

The Teacher of this course is Buddhist nun Kelsang Monlam, the Resident Teacher of Khedrubje Kadampa Buddhist Centre. With 13 years’ experience practising Buddhism, Monlam is well-loved for the depth of her wisdom and purity of her practice.
