Everyone experiences fear and worry at times and these can cause us to feel anxious, overwhelmed and unable to move ahead. From fear of what others think of us, to fear of failure, unfounded fear of the future and of things going wrong in our life.
On this half day course Resident Teacher Kelsang Monlam will explain the underlying cause of these fears and how we can let go of them and experience real mental freedom. On a deeper level, through Buddha’s wisdom teachings we can come to realise the appearances of our fear are false and do not actually exist.
The Teacher
The Teacher of this course is Buddhist nun Kelsang Monlam, the Resident Teacher of Khedrubje Kadampa Buddhist Centre. With 13 years’ experience practising Buddhism, Monlam is well-loved for the depth of her wisdom and purity of her practice.
