Experience the clarity and spaciousness of your mind by getting beneath the surface level in meditation. Training in meditation makes our mind calm and peaceful, and when our mind is peaceful we are happy all the time, even if our external conditions are poor. Kelsang Monlam is the Resident Teacher of Khedrubje Kadampa Buddhist Centre. She has been practising meditation and Buddhism since 2008. Kelsang Monlam presents Buddha’s teachings in a light and practical manner and inspires us through example to incorporate Buddha’s teachings into our daily life.

This challenge will be held in 4 sessions at 11am or 7pm each day.
Each session is 1hr 15mins. Book the entire challenge for maximum benefit at $50/$40 (conc), or book for individual sessions for $15/$10 (conc) each. Bookings are essential.
