Topics & Dates

Through gaining an understanding of the law of karma we can purify our mind of the causes of suffering and create the necessary conditions for success and happiness.

From pure concentration comes peace and clarity. The more concentrated we are in meditation the more we have to carry with us in daily life.

We all wish to be happy, to be at peace and to enjoy our life. We cannot be happy and angry, it therefore makes good sense to abandon our anger.

Jake Zakarauskas is a Kadampa Buddhist teacher who has been teaching meditation and Buddhism for over 10 years. He inspires people to use Buddha’s teachings to solve their daily problems and find real happiness through his clear and light-hearted teachings.
