Path to Happiness

in-depth modern buddhism

Join in our weekly in-depth online modern Buddhism class from home!

Although Buddha taught over 2,500 years ago, his teachings are timeless. The world has changed immeasurably but what has not changed is our search for peace and happiness. In these uncertain times we need to learn how to keep a peaceful mind in the face of difficulties, and how to use these challenges to improve our wisdom and compassion. Buddha explained that we can accomplish all of this through the practice of meditation.

In this in-depth meditation class, Kelsang Monlam will give commentary to the book Modern Buddhism by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, and share it’s special presentation of Buddha’s teachings which is easy to integrate in our daily life. By learning and practising the sequence of meditations presented in this book, we will gain the ability to transform our own life into the path to happiness: we will start to develop a kinder and more compassionate nature, awaken our potential for limitless peace, and become a person who can bring benefit to everyone we meet.

٠ Each class includes two guided meditations, and a teaching.
٠ No previous experience required, everybody welcome to join.
٠ Each class is self-contained, join anytime.
