Join us in either learning or improving your meditation practice. The basis for our meditations will be a practice taught by Buddha, one of the most powerful methods for healing our own body and mind and for practically benefiting others. A wisdom practice that is a supreme method for ripening our own love, compassion and wisdom, increasing our good fortune, purifying our mind and improving the power of our concentration.

We will learn how to transform the simple act of breathing into a powerful healing practice for ourselves and others.

October

Buddha’s teachings give many practical methods to solve daily problems and improve our happiness by changing our state of mind. By learning from the things we see every day including the more demanding and difficult situations we will be able to transform everything into opportunities for spiritual growth and increasing our experience of peace and happiness.
