Breaking Bad Habits

We all have bad habits that seem hard to break and sometimes we feel helpless in changing them. Through understanding Buddha’s teachings on controlling the mind, we can gain confidence in our potential for change, replacing bad habits with beneficial ways of thinking and living that are more in line with our deep wish to be happy.

Classes generally consist of a short introduction, a guided relaxation meditation, a teaching on a topic related either to meditation, Buddhism or how to solve our daily problems, a final meditation and an opportunity for questions at the end.
