Inspiring Solutions for Daily Life | October

Buddha’s teachings give many practical methods to solve daily problems and improve our happiness by changing our state of mind. By learning from the things we see every day including the more demanding and difficult situations we will be able to transform everything into opportunities for spiritual growth and increasing our experience of peace and happiness.

‘We need to transform whatever circumstances we meet, whether good or bad, into the spiritual path by channelling all our actions in a virtuous direction. This practice is extremely important. Those who engage in it successfully will never have to experience anxiety or discouragement but will be able to remain calm and peaceful in all circumstances.’

Classes generally consist of a short introduction, a guided relaxation meditation, a teaching on a topic related either to meditation, Buddhism or how to solve our daily problems, a final meditation and an opportunity for questions at the end.
