Classes held at Khedrubje Centre offers the chance to learn how to train in meditation. As our mind becomes more peaceful through this practice, we develop the ability to stay happy and positive all the time, even in the most difficult circumstances.
Each class is drop-in and stands on its own merits – you don’t need to attend a whole monthly course. Classes consist of two guided meditations, simple instructions on how to meditate and advice on how to keep the peace of mind you develop in meditation. There is plenty of opportunity to discuss and ask questions. No special clothes are needed and you are welcome to sit in a chair or on a cushion on the floor. After class you are welcome to stay for a chat over tea. There is a shop at each class selling books, CDs and other items.
