Our meditation room is air-conditioned and carpeted. You must remove your shoes before entering, so you may want to bring socks. We have both chairs and cushions for floor. We have a small book & gift shop inside the main house. You may want to bring along a notepad & pen for taking notes.

Regarding Silence (silence will be observed on Sunday 17 Nov during the Silent Retreat).
In order to reduce distractions and create an inner and outer environment conducive to mindfulness and concentration, the retreat will be held in silence. This includes all forms of verbal and physical communication including talking, mobile phones, notes between people and so forth. For your own benefit, please organise your external life so you will be able to remain mentally and physically on retreat without feeling the need or temptation to contact or worry about the ‘outside world’.
