Khedrubje Centre • Saturday May 19th • 2-5pm
The Grove, 165 Willoughby Rd, Wamberal

Mantra ‘means mind protection’. It is an effective technique for purifying and enhancing the qualities of our body and mind. Mantra recitation is an ancient method for pacifying the negative thoughts that give rise to our suffering, and thereby attaining a peaceful mind.

The course is suitable for anyone from complete beginners to those with many years of experience. No special clothes are needed, just wear something comfortable. We sit on chairs, but if you prefer you are welcome to sit on a cushion on the floor. Books and meditation CDs are also available for purchase. Everyone welcome – bring a friend!

The ‘Mantra’ half-day course is part of a month of talks which also include free talks and drop-in classes.
