This is the simplest, most obvious truth of our existence, and yet very few of us have really come to terms with it. In this special Sunday class, Kelsang Monlam shares profound yet practical teachings for living a happy and meaningful life, preparing for death and helping others who are dying.

No need to book, just drop in!

THE TEACHER

The Teacher of this class is Resident Teacher Kelsang Monlam

Kelsang Monlam is the Resident Teacher of Khedrubje Kadampa Buddhist Centre. She is an Australian Buddhist Nun who has been studying and practicing Buddhism under Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche for 13 years.
Kelsang Monlam is well-loved for her deep and insightful wisdom, humour and example of pure Buddhist practice. She presents Buddha’s teachings in a light and practical manner, inspiring students to easily incorporate them into everyday life.
