Friday Night Talks

Khedrubje Kadampa Buddhist Centre | Wamberal

Accepting Change | Fri Aug 30 | Two Course Moroccan Meal

When unexpected changes occur in our life we can sometimes experience a sense of unease and a feeling of resistance or helplessness. Buddha taught that we have the ability to abandon our usual, uncomfortable response of rejecting change by replacing it with the peaceful art of patient acceptance. Gradually by practicing acceptance in our daily life, our mind will become unshakeable, welcoming any challenge that life throws our way.

The teacher of this talk will be Resident Teacher Kelsang Monlam.

Beginners welcome.
