Meditation is a method for developing and maintaining peace of mind. Through training our mind using meditation we become calm and more relaxed and can better cope with life’s difficulties.

In this 8-day challenge, learn how to find happiness through training your mind. Each session will be taught & guided by our Resident Teacher, Gen Kelsang Dawa.

All sessions in the Challenge are drop-in (no need to book) and you can attend as many as you wish. No prior knowledge or experience is required. Everybody is welcome.
