food for thought

These popular evenings are a great way to enrich both mind and body. The evening begins with a simple, guided meditation. This is then followed by a delicious 4-course vegetarian meal. Each month we choose a different cuisine. Everybody is welcome and spaces are limited so please book early to avoid disappointment. For more information, please call us on (02) 4385 2609 or email us at: info@centralcoastmeditation.org

Venue: Khedrubje Centre, The Grove, 165 Willoughby Rd, Wamberal

Our next Food for Thought, a ‘Mad Hatter’s High Tea Party’, is on Saturday 27th April, from 2-5pm

Don’t be late for a very important date! Join us for an afternoon of charm and chatter and bring your best hat to sip tea with the Mad Hatter. Take a trip down the rabbit hole with a fun and frivolous Mad Hatter’s Tea Party, inspired by the classic story of Alice in Wonderland. The afternoon will suit both the young and the young at heart; with treasure hunts, cucumber sandwiches, tea, punch and pink champagne (non-alcoholic), and maybe even a game of croquet in the garden. All food and drinks are provided.

$25 per adult / $10 per child / $50 per family (please pay a $10 deposit per person beforehand)
