Day courses provide an ideal opportunity to take a break from the hectic pace of life and learn about meditation and Buddhism in a relaxed environment. These courses consist of teachings followed by guided meditations. We also run ‘workshops’ where you can learn about traditional Buddhist arts & crafts. Refreshments are served between sessions during a half day course and a vegetarian meal is served if it is a full day course.
