Day courses provide an ideal opportunity to take a break from the hectic pace of life and learn about meditation and Buddhism in a relaxed environment. These courses consist of teachings followed by guided meditations. We also run ‘workshops’ where you can learn about traditional Buddhist arts and crafts. Refreshments are served between sessions and a two-course vegetarian meal is served if there is a lunch time.
On half-day courses just refreshments are served between sessions.
