Relationships are a major part of life, and the quality of our relationships impacts greatly on the quality of our life. Relationships include partners, children, friends, family, workmates, everyone.

When we have good relationships with others we enjoy a happy life, when we don’t we are miserable. So much daily frustration and unhappiness comes from relating to others in negative ways. Learn simple meditations that lead to positive ways of thinking that enable us to improve all our relationships
