Each class is drop-in and stands on its own merits – you don’t need to attend a whole monthly course. Classes consist of two guided meditations, simple instructions on how to meditate and advice on how to keep the peace of mind you develop in meditation. There is plenty of opportunity to discuss and ask questions.
No special clothes are needed and you are welcome to sit in a chair or on a cushion on the floor. After class you are welcome to stay for a chat over tea. There is a shop at each class selling books, CDs and other items.

The teacher of this class is Kelsang Monlam, a Buddhist nun from Kadampa Meditation Centre Sydney. With 10 years’ experience practising Buddhism, Monlam is well-loved for the depth of her wisdom and purity of her practice.
